During the years of being obese, I had hundreds of questions about healthy living. I wanted to know the best state of mind to be in, what types of foods to eat, how to work out and many other questions about life and balance. While formulating this process I decided to try to answer as many questions as possible that I could. What I found was that these were the same questions that other people were asking. So I took it one step further and put it in order of importance in my opinion. Hopefully it helps create balance in the body, mind and spirit.
